Rameez Saiyid
Rameez brings his expertise in productizing cutting-edge AI technology to help founders and businesses realize their vision. He realized this skill set while studying Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University where he founded Argo, a logistics automation startup that achieved $10,000 monthly recurring revenue, and worked with startups in medicine and robotics to go to market. Rameez is an engineer at heart, having built a genetic disease detector with CRISPR and even a wrist-mounted flamethrower, he loves solving new problems. Since then, Rameez joined a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley to research successful startups and advise founders on how to realize their technical products to market.
Stefan Baumann
Stefan leads the research and coordination efforts across our AI tech stack. Stefan wanted to apply his studies of Computer Science and Neuroscience from Carnegie Mellon University, so he jumped to design and scale the NLP infrastructure at Avey AI, a medical startup in the GCC. He has also architected machine learning applications for enterprise clients and startups globally. With his expertise in LLMs and experience in startups, Stefan is committed to leveraging AI technology to raise the industry standard for products, with Cosmic.

Carnegie Mellon graduate Haris Syed combines his background in technology consulting at a Big Four consulting firm, success in scaling his personal e-commerce startup venture from scratch, and experience in global markets to guide startups at Cosmic Ventures. Drawing from his knowledge in the Intelligent Automation industry and AI-driven processes, Haris helps entrepreneurs navigate diverse challenges and turn their ideas into thriving businesses. Djordje Popovic
Djordje Popovic is a passionate AI expert and Carnegie Mellon Computer Science graduate with a focus on distributed networks and systems. He has an impressive track record of researching neural networks and productizing them for government institutions and local startups as part of Qatar Computing Research Institute. Djordje finds meaning in working with doctors to apply machine learning to biology research, helping detect breast cancer and making a real impact on people's lives. He empathizes with founders, ever since he deployed fraud detection neural networks for a financial startup in Eastern Europe, Basiq.
